The last few weeks have been one rollercoaster of an adventure!!!
On May 6th it was announced that Beautycounter was to be paused indefinitely (potential return late 2024 – but that is all still evolving and up in the air).
I have experienced grief and loss with this announcement. Beautycounter was my passion and primary income for 8 years. And I LOVED serving you all as clients right alongside the products and educational work.
I admit that over the past year or so my spark for the business grew dimmer, and my involvement declined. Alas, I am BACK!

When I started with Beautycounter I had never dreamed that “sales” would make me so happy. But what I soon learned in my work with Beautycounter was that I was able to help people whether or not they bought a single product from me as your consultant, ambassador, educator – whatever you want to call me. Not that dissimilar to the work I did as a nurse (or mother or friend) educating, supporting, being of service – I guess you could say it’s in my blood. 

Ironically earlier this spring I had made the conscious decision to dig back into the consultant role with Beautycounter and Health Adventure guru. And then BAM! No more Beautycounter. So now what? How do we all continue on our clean product adventure? How do we keep influencing the market and laws so that we don’t have to put on our old lady readers and nerd glasses to read labels trying to decipher what products and ingredients are best (and safe) for us? 
What can I continue to do to help YOU?

While nothing will ever fully replace Beautycounter (and I do plan to continue my partnership when the time comes), I don’t wait that long to continue my health and wellness adventures with you.  So, after researching, and learning and listening to other former Beautycounter leaders about some potential options, I am excited to share that I am choosing to partner and relaunch with Shaklee—a health and wellness brand that is extremely similar (both in nerdiness & product quality) with Beautycounter.
